This PAX 2 is 25% smaller than the preceding Pax, it’s also 10% lighter and boasts an ultra slim design. Like the original model, the Pax 2 has a top-quality aluminium shell, and is equipped with a 25% larger heating chamber or oven, allowing you to embark on extended vaping sessions.

The PAX 2 features only the highest-grade materials in order to deliver excellent vapour. The polished, transverse-brushed anodized aluminium casing provides a durable, yet luxury feel. The vapour path is assembled entirely from medical grade components. All plastic components are heat and food-safe engineering polymers of the highest quality available. The PAX 2 heating element is made from a thin film Kapton heater flex, creating a conduction experience by heating the herb chamber from the bottom.

Four Temperature settings

The PAX 2 has four temperature settings, ranging from 182°C (360F) up to 215°C (420F). The iconic PAX logo LED indicates the temperature setting by coloured LED.

Internal Accelerometer

The built-in accelerometer aka motions sensor detects movement to put PAX in standby mode when not in use to conserve battery life and oven contents. It can also be used to check the battery life: simply shake the PAX and the LED indicator lights display the current battery status of the device.

Lip Sensing Technology

The Pax 2 is equipped with Lip Sensing Technology - principally, for every 20 seconds the Pax senses you are not drawing on the vape, it reduces the oven temperature by 9 degrees. Then, once you put it to your mouth again, it quickly heats up to optimum vaping temperature. This feature maximises freshness of flavour and minimizes waste. Every 20 seconds that passes without the sensors detecting your lips the Pax 2 vaporizer incrementally cools down, eventually it will auto-shut off to protect your battery life and make sure that your herb isn’t over-cooked.

Fast heat up time & Low Maintenance

The PAX 2 heats up in less than a minute. Green means go, simple yet intuitive!
Maintenance is extremely easy and takes just than a minute: simply remove the mouthpiece and oven lid and use one of the included cleaning brushes with some Isopropyl alcohol to scrub the airpath.

PAX 2 comes with two mouthpieces, a flat top and a raised mouthpiece. These are made out of solid food grade silicon and therefore require virtually no maintenance whatsoever.

Battery Life & charging

A fully charged battery will last approximately two hours of use or around 7 - 9 sessions before it needs recharging. Charging the PAX 2 vaporizer using the provided magnetic charger which works with a USB port/charger and takes around two hours for a full charge. It is recommended to keep the battery charged and frequently recharge before it runs out.
